“设计并非以设计师的自我实现为目的，

“Design is not about self-actualization for designers, but about reaching a higher level of win-win for all.

何小平总是一身简洁舒适的装束，

给人感觉文雅从容，自在随性。

在工作中，却被时常认为是“强势”的一方。

别墅大宅从设计到落地的整个过程，

涉及到的链条极为广泛。

他常常为了专业范畴内的事务据理力争，

为了最终的呈现效果坚守自己的立场。

“掌控力”，是12年职业生涯中最重要的关键词。

一个设计师需要做哪些事情，

每个事情应该做到什么程度？

对此，行业内还没有形成绝对的共识。

何小平没给自己设限，他说：

“设计并非以设计师的自我实现为目的，

而是应该达到更高层次的多方共赢。”

何小平信奉的沟通模式，

是大家都站在各自专业层面，

以负责任的态度解决实际问题，

呈现最好的交付成果。

相比“这也不敢得罪，那也不敢坚持，

最后效果不好还责怪别人干涉太多”，

这种沟通模式与其说是“强势”，

不如说是变被动为主动，

对项目效果负起责任的决心。

但这注定需要更强大的内心、

更前瞻性的预判能力、

更全面细致的统筹能力。

因此每个项目从方案到落地，

他都悬着一颗心。

只有到最后验收阶段，确认现场效果后，

这颗悬着的心才总算可以落下。

何小平对于设计的认知：

“基于人性，源于生活，成于设计。

即从人性出发，为生活服务，

最终用设计来表达。

“通俗来说，

设计是为人们的生活服务的

无论是基于什么场景，

设计总归是要给人们的生活带来进步。

而生活进步的方向，

又是来自于不断满足更高层次的诉求。

所以，‘基于人性’是认知设计的根源与起点。”

在何小平看来，

从人性的角度出发，

人的思想是无限的，

人性总是在追求新奇的事物。

“正如马斯洛需求层次理论所阐述的，

人们的需求层次从物质到精神不断进阶，

每个阶段的需求都不一样，

曾经人们追求的是吃饱穿暖的生存需求，

而当这些基本需求被满足以后，

人们开始寻求情感的体验与满足。

如果设计依旧走在从前的道路上，

而没有顺应时代的发展潮流，

则很可能被市场淘汰。

所以，我会在遵循人与生活基本规律的基础上

永远追求做更精彩的更有创意的设计。

关于未来

About the future

谈及关于对未来的打算。

何小平说：

“我是准备把设计做一辈子的人，

对未来的打算可以忽略不计，

只不过随着年纪的增长，

生活阅历的增加，

关于设计的表达可能会有变化。”

星霜荏苒，居诸不息，

生活一直在继续，

前行的脚步从未放缓。
